USF Students can sign up for MoBull Messenger emergency alerts in OASIS.

1. Select 'Personal Information'
2. Select 'Update My Emergency Notification Mobile Number'
3. Enter your phone number, including area code.
4. Click the Submit button


Be sure to keep your account up-to-date if your phone number changes. If you decide to opt out or leave the University, please login, follow the steps above and check the box to opt out.
