Tools for Trainers:
An important
strategy in becoming a learning organization is
individuals taking responsibility for mentoring and
teaching others within their organizations. A
leader who can deliver effective training and
development processes is an excellent resource.
However, helping adults acquire new skills and knowledge
presents unique challenges. This series of
four (4) workshops has been developed to help you meet
these challenges.
Customer Service @ USF:
This learning series
was designed to
support USF's strategic imperatives to provide a
student-centered, user-friendly administrative and
service infrastructure.
Our Customer
Service program is a peer-centered learning
environment guided by customer service experts. The
classroom experience is designed to offer new and
tenured employees a forum to share best practices
and discover new and effective customer services
skills. Our Customer Service program is
offered as a series of half-day programs every other
week for seven sessions.
