Registration Information
Who Can Attend
All USF employees and
affiliates are welcome to attend our workshops.
How Much Does It Cost
For USF Employees:

There is no
registration fee for current USF employees.

Some programs
have a materials fee associated with them. The
fee information will be included in the course
description. Your department will be
charged directly for the cost of materials.
For Non-USF
Employees:

Effective
October 1, 2007, there is a $50.00 registration
fee for all classes, trainings, and workshops, plus
any material fees as applicable.

For USF Employees:

Registration is
through GEMS Self Services located by clicking
here.

Your GEMS ID
Number (11-digets in length) and your password are
needed to access GEMS Self Service.

Member will be in contact with you to finalize the
registration process.
Registration
Confirmations
A calendar invite
will be sent via Outlook via ODT Cal to all
participants registered for a workshop 5-7 days prior to
the workshop. Training materials and/or pre-work
will be included in this invitation. If you do not
receive the calendar invite, please contact ODT at

Employees:
Withdrawal Policy
You may cancel your
registration up to two (2) business days prior to your
session without penalty by contacting ODT at
813-974-3090 or
odt@admin.usf.edu.
A $50.00 withdrawal
fee will be charged to your department if you cancel
less than two (2) business days prior to the start of
the workshop or if you do not cancel and do not attend
the workshop. For multi-session workshops,
attendance is required at each session. If you
cannot attend one of the sessions, you must cancel two
(2) business prior to the first session in order to
avoid the withdrawal fee. The Withdrawal Fee will
be waived if a replacement participant from your
department can be found to fill the vacancy.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a
program cancellation or rescheduling, participants will
have the opportunity to reschedule and/or receive a
refund of any fees.
Waitlist Policy
When a workshop is
full, participants will be waitlisted.
Participants will be notified as space becomes
available.
Training
Summary available online
Your Training
Summary, a list of workshops you have completed or are
currently enrolled in, is available online through GEMS
Self Service. If there are any discrepancies,
please contact ODT at 813-974-3090 or
odt@admin.usf.edu.
For Non-USF participants, if confirmation of completion
is needed, please contact ODT.
