Pat Geisler, Learning & Development Facilitator (HR Trainer)

pgeisler@admin.usf.edu

Pat started with ODT in December of 2002 as the office manager and likes to think of herself, first and last, as a problem-solver. In March of 2007, she took on a new position as HR Trainer where she will be responsible for training on HR procedures.

Before coming to USF in 2000, Pat enjoyed a twenty-five year career with a theatrical scenery and supply company, first as a costume shop manager, then as an owner.  Whether designing the first Buccaneer cheerleader uniforms, building a submarine costume, or engineering three-foot high tassels, she found there was always a solution.  Later, as a business owner, she developed accounting and management skills, but her mantra remained "there's always a way!"
