Marnie L. Hauser
Director
Marnie manages the entire Orientation process from student admission to matriculation in support of University initiatives and strategic goals. She advocates for student success through cross-campus partnerships.
Leslie Page
Associate Director
Leslie trains and supervises the undergraduate students serving as Orientation Team Leaders (OTL) during our First Year Student & Family programs. This role includes ongoing leadership development for these OTLs, such as teaching an Advanced Orientation Leadership Course and supervising peer leader positions for former OTLs. Additionally, she supervises two graduate assistants. During First Year Orientation sessions, she oversees the student role and works with the OTLs.
Ryan Newton
Assistant Director
Ryan's role is focused on Transfer Orientation program development, including the supervision of undergraduate students serving as Transfer Orientation Team Leaders (TOTL). Ryan is also responsible for the oversight and supervision of the front office staff. In addition, Ryan provides direct support to international students and online learners. During Transfer Orientation sessions, he oversees the program and works with the TOTLs.
Kevin Yurasek
Event and Marketing Coordinator
Kevin coordinates facility management and space planning for Orientation, session logistics, publication design, website design and branding and marketing efforts. During the Orientation sessions, he ensures the smooth operation of the Orientation programs.
Randa Gravanti
Office Manager
Randa oversees the daily operations and customer service aspects associated with the Office of Orientation and Orientation session reservations. During the Orientation sessions, she also coordinates attendance and registration with the academic colleges.
Kaylee Sharkey
Graduate Assistant
Kaylee assists with student staff recruitment, selection, training, facilitation of staffing plans, assessment, and other areas. This position is a two-year experience in partnership with the College Student Affairs master's program at USF.
Naria Martinez

Naria assists with student staff recruitment, selection, training, facilitation of staffing plans, assessment, and other areas. This position is a two-year experience in partnership with the College Student Affairs master's program at USF.
