Reference Form
Thank you for taking the time to fill out a reference for a potential Orientation Team Leader. Whether you are a member of the University of South Florida community or a professional elsewhere, your input is critical to our selection process as we select the best possible team of students. Once you have completed the reference form, please seal in an envelope and then hand back to the student to submit with their complete application.
Please remember that if you are an undergraduate student (i.e. Resident Assistant), you are not eligible to complete a reference for an OTL candidate. Thank you for your support of your peers.
Reference forms for 2013 Orientation Team Leader Applications are due with completed applications no later than Friday, Oct. 19 at 5pm. Thank you for your support of the OTL candidates!
