As a Vendor, How do I do Business with USF Tampa System? Complete the Vendor Application When a vendor completes the vendor application, the vendor is added to the vendor database. USF Departments can search the vendor database which includes all vendors (non-minority & minority). Vendors are also notified of bids when applicable products, services or commodities provided by the registered vendor are requested. The vendor's responsibility after registration is to contact the departments directly to market products, services or commodities.
