As a Vendor, How do I do Business with USF Tampa System? Complete the Vendor Application Certification Information - Provide MBE Certifications with vendor application USF Tampa System encourages small, minority and women-owned businesses to become certified by the State of Florida. For information and assistance on certification, please follow the links below: USF Small Business Development Center Florida Department of Management Services Office of Supplier Diversity When a vendor completes the vendor application, the vendor is added to the vendor database. USF Departments can search the vendor database which includes all vendors (non-minority & minority). Vendors are also notified of bids when applicable products, services or commodities provided by the registered vendor are requested. The vendor's responsibility after registration is to contact the departments directly to market products, services or commodities.
