Additional funding of $26 million is provided for the Major Gifts Matching Program. This brings the total recommendation to $51.2 million.
The following increases are contingent upon legislation that increases the General Revenue receipts.

Previously recommended reductions of $36.6 million are eliminated.
Enrollment growth funding ($34.3 million in General Revenue) is provided for 7,219 FTE.
