Calendar of Events - A monthly capsule of newsworthy events, including contact names and phone numbers, that is distributed to the media and used in print. Crisis Communications -Along with USF Police, Media Relations responds to the media and the public when a crisis or disaster arises. Media Relations Services - The U.R. Media Relations staff serves as the university’s primary liaison to all external media. They handle all media inquiries and promote the university by pitching university news stories to the appropriate venues. Media Relations also manages USF’s crisis communications plan and provides media training services to the university community.

Photography - The USF Photography department promotes the university through compelling imagery. We do this by helping you obtain the pictures that best serve your needs by scheduling shoots with our photographers or locating existing images. Publications Services - The USF Publications Department manages all aspects of the university's major publications, provides design resources, manages the print approvals process, and provides guidance to university marketing professionals at each stage of the design process. USF Bulletin -USF Bulletin is the official e-newsletter for the faculty and staff of the University of South Florida. This bi-weekly publication contains news, research updates, community experiences and events that impact the lives of USF’s faculty. USF Logos -Use of official USF logos and symbols are required, and we can assist you with questions about their proper usage. We oversee the University's graphic identity program via the USF Visual Identity Standards Manual and authorize the use of USF marks, signing off on display advertisements prior to payment from purchasing. Web Services -The University Communications & Marketing office and the University Webmaster are responsible for overseeing USF's public Web pages, writing the official Web guidelines, administrating the online USF Calendar of Events, approving pages and creating and maintaining the top-level of the main USF Web site. We provide Web design, usability and consulting services to the university community.
