Q. What happened to the Mambo button?

A.  Information Technologies has completed moving mailboxes from Mambo to Tiki so all mailboxes are currently located on Tiki.  An IT staff member can answer any other questions you might have by dialing 813-974-9000.  Office hours are 7:30am – 5:30pm M-F.

Q. What do I enter in the login box?  Where do I specify my domain?

A.  Enter the information requested in the Connecting window below

                User Name = [domain]\your login

                Password = your password

Check Remember my password if desired

                Click OK

B. Or, Enter the information requested in the Enter Network Password window below

User Name = your login

                Password = your password

                Domain = fastmail (as example)

                Click OK

C. If you do not know your domain name, dial 813-974-9000 to reach IT Support Services.  Office hours are 7:30am – 5:30pm M-F.
