Attendance and Leave (A&L)

The Attendance and Leave website provides detailed information and explanations concerning all Attendance & Leave policies, procedures, forms, emergency closings, military leave and the Automated Leave Tracking System (ALT).

AUTOMATED LEAVE TRACKING SYSTEM (ALT)

The Automated Leave Tracking System (ALT) at USF is designed to facilitate the ease, efficiency and accuracy for managing the entire leave process for employees in leave-accruing positions at the University.

ALT manages leave requests, leave approvals, accrual of leave earned, and the recording of leave taken, in order to maintain accurate leave balances, run departmental reports and facilitate the annual compensated absences report process.

The employee, supervisor and the attendance & leave coordinators all have a responsibility and role in the process.  It is important to note that ALT works in conjunction with all current Attendance & Leave procedures, and these should be reviewed on a periodic basis by those with responsibilities for ensuring compliance with any and all Attendance & Leave procedures at the University.

If you have any questions, please call the University Attendance & Leave Coordinator, Beverly Jerry, at 974-5717, or send an email to BJerry@admin.usf.edu
