Outstanding Staff Awards
Program
2007 Outstanding Staff Award Nomination Form
here.
Recognition is an important part of our culture at USF. While we
believe in providing employees with regular feedback throughout their
employment, we also believe in identifying those individual staff
members who demonstrate excellence and a high level of performance that
supports the overall values and standards of the University. Each
spring, the University hosts an Outstanding Staff Awards ceremony to
recognize and celebrate those individuals who were nominated and
selected for the most prestigious award for Staff and Administration
employees at USF.
Nominations are solicited from the USF community, usually in January of
each calendar year.
We’ve opened up the nomination process a
little earlier this year, on November 15, 2007. We’d like to encourage
nominators to submit nominations when they see outstanding contributions
being made. Recognizing people when they do great things is key.
Individuals are encouraged to nominate employees who demonstrate the
high standards and excellence expressed in the Values and Service
Standards statements below:
The
University of South Florida values

both internal and external stakeholders.
-
We will give the

-
We will set the
conditions so that students and visitors who interact with any
University departments feel welcomed, relaxed and comfortable.
